Levels:
Franchisees
The business coach meets with every franchisee each week to help train them, to answer any implementation questions they have, and to help hold them accountable for executing the proven systems and strategies.
BUSINESS COACH
Once a franchisee owns three or more stores, a District Manager must be hired. The District Manager focuses on executing operational details while working a minimum of 20 hours in their assigned shop. The District Manager also oversees all managers.
MANAGER
**Lounge Coordinator Role
Whether you choose to serve as your own store manager or not, the manager is responsible for the daily operational excellence of each store.
ASSISTANT MANAGER
**Lounge Coordinator Role
The assistant manager supports the manager in the implementation of daily operation and must serve as the active manager when the manager is not present.
GROOMING PROFESSIONAL LEAD
The Grooming Professional Lead is responsible for training the Grooming Professionals on a weekly basis, as well as executing the services of the shop, including haircuts, shampoos, beard trims, and shaves.

The Grooming Professional executes the services of the shop including haircuts, shampoos, beard trims, and shaves.
